Terms of service

International Medical Research Pty Ltd (IMR) ABN 97 073 948 848 will supply Goods in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

ORDERS

With regard to a supply and charge, items will be despatched upon receipt of a written order with order number supplied.

Terms of Payment – Normal Trading Terms

All invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.  Failure to pay promptly could result in the holding of future orders or COD arrangements until the account is brought back into normal trading terms.

TAX

Prices shown in the published price list for consumable items are exclusive of GST

GOODS RETURN

Goods returned for credit must have prior approval by IMR.  The purchase order and invoice number must be provided.  A 15% restocking fee charge may apply on goods being returned which have been incorrectly ordered.  Credit will not be given for obsolete, damaged or goods with a shelf-life of 10 months or less.  All freight costs are to the purchaser’s account.

SHORTAGES AND LOSSES

Claims for shortages, losses or errors in deliveries will not be recognised after 14 days from date of delivery.

WARRANTY

All products are warranted against manufacturing faults and material defects.

The warranty does not cover products damaged through misuse or consequences arising from neglect in following the product “Instructions For Use”.

Freight costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If replacement products are ordered under a warranty claim prior to inspection by IMR all those goods will be charged to the purchaser’s account subject to warranty inspection and return.  Proof of purchase must accompany goods.

DELIVERY

Every effort will be made to ensure the prompt delivery of goods ordered, however, IMR cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays.

If the purchaser disputes proof of delivery, details of this dispute must be provided in writing to IMR within seven (7) business days of delivery.

RETENTION OF TITLE

IMR supplies goods on the condition that property of the goods does not pass to the purchaser until they have been despatched to or into the custody of the purchaser or the purchaser’s agent.

VARIATION

IMR at all times reserves the right to vary or cancel these Terms and Conditions of Sale upon giving the purchaser 30 days notice of intention to do so.
